Initial Visit

Service Description

A comprehensive evaluation including a detailed health history, spinal examination, and report of findings. This session is designed for new patients or those returning after three or more years, and includes a chiropractic adjustment for eligible candidates. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to be able to finish New Patient Forms if you have not already completed. Otherwise, try to arrive 5 minutes prior. (arriving late will result in loss of appointment time resulting in having to wait for next available time)
